Karen is the senior medical illustrator and editorial graphics manager for the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and other publications of JAMA Network and a faculty member of the Biomedical Visualization graduate program at University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also an active professional member of the Association of Medical Illustrators where she recently served on the Board of Governors. Karen is a Board Certified Medical Illustrator (CMI).
